In 1998, Mr. Bakhos founded Princeton Financial Group to provide
institutional investors independent financial
advice and execution services from a dedicated
group of industry-leading experts.
With over 20 years of industry experience with a variety of large Wall
Street firms, Mr. Bakhos has been responsible
for making markets in equities and currencies
around the world. Additionally, he has been responsible
for building institutional sales departments. Most
recently, he has utilized this expertise in global markets to
enhance his insights into the US equity markets.
Today, as Managing Member and President of
Princeton Financial Group, Mr. Bakhos is committed to providing insightful
and effective investing and trading ideas, in
addition to skilled and timely trade execution
to enhance returns for his North American institutional clients. |

 | Iain Davies
Director Canadian Business Development
Iain Davies joined Princeton Financial in 2003 following over 20 years
with the large bank-owned Canadian brokerage
firms. Throughout his career, he has made
markets and provided block and coverage trading on Canadian listed and
Canadian/US inter-listed stocks. In his previous roles, Mr. Davies
was responsible for handling corporate buyback
programs and advised CFO’s with trade decisions.
In his sales and trading capacity, his clients consistently cited
Mr. Davies in the annual Brendan Woods survey for top rated service
and trusted advice.
As Director of Canadian Business Development, Mr. Davies has primary
responsibility for advising and executing US equity trades for
Princeton’s Canadian clientele. Applying his
wealth of knowledge, his expertise on technical
evaluations and his ability to improve on profitability, he is singularly
focused on enhancing his client’s returns while
assisting them in reaching their investment
objectives. |

 | Philip L. Rettew
Vice President
Mr. Rettew spent over 25 years with Merrill Lynch in New York where he
provided general market guidance, in depth technical research and
specific stock trading advice to Merrill Lynch
financial consultants throughout the United States
and around the world.
He has been a featured guest on Bloomberg and CNBC as well as being quoted
in various industry-leading publications.
With expertise in market psychology and computerized trading models, Mr.
Rettew has consistently demonstrated he is an accomplished market
technician.
Since initiating computerized trading techniques in 1979, he has developed
several unique and effective trading indicators, which have been
integrated into Princeton’s research. |

 | John Hickey
Vice President
John Hickey’s sales and trading career has spanned over 30 years with a
variety of large Wall Street firms. Prior to
joining Princeton Financial in 1998, Mr. Hickey
was instrumental in building an
execution-oriented full-service broker dealer
committed to providing clients unique services in areas of direct access
and soft dollar arrangements as well as
fundamental and technical research. Throughout
his career, Mr. Hickey was highly regarded by his clients for providing
insightful advice and professional execution.
Today Princeton Financial’s clients benefit from Mr. Hickey’s robust
knowledge of the US equity markets and his focus
on providing independent and actionable trading advice while managing risk.

Petrasek
Vice President
Ms. Petrasek joined Princeton Financial Group with over 20 years of
industry experience with several large Wall Street firms where she worked
in a variety of roles on both the retail and institutional side of the
business. In her capacity as a registered representative, Ms. Petrasek was
consistently a top producer specializing in equity sales. In addition to
her sales responsibilities, Ms. Petrasek was also in charge of customer
dispute resolution and training new registered
representatives.
In her role as an institutional sales person with Princeton, Ms. Petrasek
is responsible for new business development with US-based clientele. |

 | Lisa A. Calabrese |
- CFO
- Lisa has been an integral
part of Princeton Financial Group since inception, having helped
orchestrate the regulatory, financial and administrative elements of
starting an institutional broker/dealer. Working closely with André and
the other team members, her input is instrumental in creating a seamless
progression from trade to settlement and all phases in between. She is
the cornerstone of Princeton Financial Group’s operational success.
